Relax & Digest Tea Blend

Our after-dinner blend. Peppermint, ginger, chamomile and fennel lead, with orange peel, lemon balm, papaya leaf and red rose petals. Floral and bright, with minty freshness up front, a little bite of ginger, and a soft, sweet finish from the fennel. It's the cup I reach for after a hearty meal or one too many slices of bread, when I want to sit back for a while.

Loose leaf, or ten pre-filled tea bags.

Brewing: 1 to 1.5 tsp per 8 ounces of simmered, not boiled, water. Steep 5 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients: peppermint, ginger root, chamomile, orange peel, fennel seed, lemon balm, papaya leaf and rose petals.
