Our nighttime blend of valerian root, chamomile, mugwort, nettles and lavender. Earthy and floral: the honeyed apple of chamomile, a breath of lavender, and a deep, woodsy base from the valerian. It's the last cup we pour at night, once the day is done and the lights are going down.
Loose leaf, or ten pre-filled tea bags. Caffeine free.
Brewing: 1 to 2 tbsp per cup of simmered water, never boiling, for 10 to 15 minutes. Boiling water brings out valerian's bitter side.
