Cold & Flu Brew Tea Blend

Our cold-season blend, made for seasonal support for the immune system. Elder flower, rose hips, ginger and yarrow, with peppermint, anise seed, thyme and calendula. Light and warming, with a bite of ginger, a licorice note from the anise, a green thread of thyme, and a floral lift from the elder flower. We keep a pouch on our counter from the first cold snap until spring.

Loose leaf, or ten pre-filled tea bags.

Brewing: 1 to 1.5 tsp per 8 ounces of simmered, not boiled, water. Steep 5 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients: peppermint, elder flower, rose hips, ginger, anise seed, thyme, yarrow and calendula.
