Cool-Aid Tea Blend

Our summer blend, and the one we pour by the cup at the market. Hibiscus, lemon balm, nettle leaf and peppermint brew a deep ruby cup that's tart and fruity, somewhere between cranberry and raspberry, with a bright lemon note and a cool mint finish. Good hot, better over ice. Freeze it into cubes for seltzer or cocktails, or pour it into moulds for popsicles on a hot day. Add a little honey if you like it sweeter.
