Organic Nettle Leaf - Dried

Organic nettle leaf, cut and dried to a deep green. Earthy and vegetal, a little like spinach or a mild green tea without the bitterness. It's best as a long steep: a tablespoon or two per cup, left for 15 minutes or more. Also good stirred into soups, broths and stocks.
