Organic Mugwort - Dried

Organic mugwort, silvery green and aromatic. Slightly bitter and woodsy, with a long history in folk tradition as a dream herb; some people report vivid dreams with it. Drink it as a tea, or tuck the dried leaves into a dream pillow. It's one of the herbs in our Sweet Dreams blend.
