Organic Lemon Balm - Dried

Organic lemon balm, cut and dried, soft green with a gentle lemon scent. Makes a mild, lemony tea on its own and blends well with mint or chamomile. In the kitchen, chop it into salads, dressings and marinades; our lemon balm salad dressing recipe is on the journal.
