These make great journals / notebooks in general. They can also be used as travelers notebook inserts and as sketch books.
I put mine in a travelers notebook and use them for herbalism, cooking, astrology, random notes, and stone/crystals. I draw with all kinds of markers and pens and experience no bleed through. They are lovely to write on.
