Dream Pillow

A small cotton sachet, filled by hand with organic chamomile, lavender, catnip and mugwort. Tuck it inside your pillowcase or set it on the nightstand and the scent carries: lavender first, then the sweet hay of chamomile and the green, sage-like note of mugwort. Mugwort has long been called a dream herb in folk tradition, and some people report more vivid dreams with it. Give it a squeeze now and then to wake the scent back up. It makes a good small gift, too.
