Organic Chamomile Flowers - Dried

Whole organic chamomile flowers: the little yellow buttons with their white petals, not the dust you find in tea bags. Honeyed and apple-sweet, with a soft floral finish. Use about a tablespoon of flowers per cup and steep 5 to 10 minutes, covered. Beyond tea, a handful goes into a warm bath, a batch of homemade skincare, or a shortbread dough.
